Anonymous asked: I've never been treated as a second or discriminated against, I feel more like I'm the one that judges myself worse. Being a fashion student is kind of weird when you're fat. Working around models and other fashion students who are also quite tall and thin. But that doesn't matter what I guess I'm here to say is that I don't get treated differently and I guess it's because I put on a confident girl personality or I just act like I'm not fat. But it's something I struggle with daily.

You’re clearly doing the right thing. Not everyone can put on that kind of face, but if you act like you’re in control and not to be messed with, people are less likely to mess with you. The weak pick on those who they perceive to be weaker.
